This blog was created to support the project of cultural and musical bridge between the city of Asbury Park and Italy. Through the efforts of many people and the generosity of so many others, we try to implement initiatives involving persons, associations, facilities, fans, friends, musicians and much more.
The Author:
Stefano Pecoraio, Reggio Emilia (Italy), author of “Welcome to Asbury Park” (Aliberti 2010) is following Bruce since 1984 through his songs and concerts. He met first Bruce in 2007 and then he started a strong cooperation with the city of Asbury Park, which led him to receive an official proclamation in 2010, charging him to promote cultural activities between Asbury and Italy. The collaboration and friendship with musicians, friends and staff members of Bruce has created a growing opportunities available in Italy. Stefano Pecoraio has created a blog (www.asburypark.it) that collects all information and activities that gradually branches out between the two different musical cultures.
